Combining the latest in sports science with a holistic approach, my aim is to help you achieve your potential whilst enjoying the journey for life.
My coaching is process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on individualisation, communication, and optimising movement capacity. I employ an 'athlete-first' approach, centred on long-term development and health.
I work with trail, ultra, and road runners at every level — from those taking on their first race to national champions and Team GB athletes.
